Key wedding details ∗
When is the wedding?
Our wedding is Sunday, October 4th, 2026.
Ceremony will start at 4PM.
Cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow.
WHERE is the wedding?
The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at Chateau Lill at 14208 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Redmond, WA 98052.
It features Old World European architecture alongside serene private gardens, vineyards, and tall forest trees.
It is situated right between the towns of Woodinville and Redmond, located East of Seattle.
Can I bring a guest?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, this will be reflected on your wedding invitation and/or when you RSVP online.
Can kids attend?
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We acknowledge this may make it difficult for some to attend, and we completely understand that folks will need to do what is best for them!
What is the dress code?
Our wedding attire is Formal. Polished attire is encouraged such as a full suit and tie, a nice sports jacket with tailored trousers, a full length gown, an elegant mid-length dress, a dressy pantsuit, etc.
Weather permitting, parts of the wedding will be outdoors. Please plan accordingly.
When and how do I RSVP?
Please RSVP online to indicate whether or not you will be able to attend. Head to this page to RSVP.
All guests should RSVP before August 23rd so we can provide an accurate count for our caterer and other vendors.
You can RSVP any time before the deadline (like right now)! If you aren’t ready to RSVP now and need more time to figure out your plans, we suggest putting a reminder in your calendar.
What time should we plan to arrive?
We suggest arriving at least 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony. There may be a bottleneck of cars getting into the lot, and you will need to walk a short distance to where the ceremony will be held.
While you wait, you are welcome to sign our guestbook and take some photos on the grounds.
I can’t make it but I’d still love to celebrate you.
We understand not everyone will be able to attend and there are many reasons why travel out to WA is challenging. Please know we still feel your love and support even if you can’t make it! ♥

Light bites and refreshments will be served.
There are several parking options in the area, including a small lot diagonally across the way, street parking, and a couple of small parking garages within a couple minute’s walk.
There is no dress code for this event. The couple and their family will be in dressy-casual attire.
Is there anything planned for Monday after the wedding?
We know guests need to get back home, so there is no official event planned for Monday as of now.
Travel & Stay
∗
Travel & Stay ∗
Where should we stay? Do you have a hotel block?
We have outlined some hotel options — including a hotel block should you choose to use it — listed on our Travel page.
Short term rentals and other hotels farther from the venue (such as in Seattle) are also an option to you. Choose whatever works best for your needs!
How Best to get out of the airport — public transit, rideshare, etc?
There are a few options to get to where you need to be from the airport:
Public transit - You can take the lightrail from SEA airport to any of the Seattle area stations that allow a transfer from the 1 line to the 2 line. You’ll take the 1 line to the 2 all the way to downtown Redmond. See transit line map here. Note this trip will take you about 1 & 1/2 hrs total. From downtown Redmond, it’ll be a few minutes walk to most of the Redmond hotels, or a short Uber ride from there to Woodinville if that’s where you’re staying.
Uber/Lyft - Rideshares are an option, though heads up they will likely run you anywhere from $60 to $100+ dollars one way from the airport.
Car rental - if renting a car from the airport, you’ll take a short shuttlebus (which is run by the airport) to the car rental area. From there, after you obtain your car, it is on average a 40ish minute drive to the Woodinville/Redmond area.
What else should we do while in WA?
There are so many amazing options, and we encourage you to take full advantage of your time here.
Check out our Travel page for more in depth recommendations for what you can do while you’re in town.
What will the weather be like during that time?
Early October is typically mild in Washington, with a bit of sun, sometimes some light showers, and slightly cooler temps.
You can expect highs from the upper 50s to the upper 60s or even low 70s, though anything can happen.
As mentioned prior, since portions of the wedding may be outside (assuming no rain), we strongly encourage having a jacket or other covering as needed to keep warm as temps drop in the evening.

What are your wedding colors?
Our colors are ivory, various shades of green, brown, and black.
Our wedding party will be wearing a darker moss green; this green shade and white dresses are the only colors we kindly ask you to avoid (any other greens ok).
Is the wedding outside?
Portions of the wedding will be outside, weather permitting. Please plan accordingly. We recommend bringing a jacket for the evening.
You will be able to roam the Chateau and grounds during the wedding, and we encourage you to explore!
There are contingency plans if needed to move activities indoors in the event of ongoing rain.
Will there be transportation to the wedding venue?
We will not have a shuttle or planned group transportation for the wedding. Please plan accordingly. We recommend rounding up a carpool or have a rideshare plan!
Note that if you stay at the SOMM hotel, you are within short walking distance of the venue. Consider this as you weigh costs of a rental car, rideshares, and the different hotel and stay options.
Is there parking at the venue?
There is parking at the venue.
You will come up the initial long driveway, and then follow signs pointing to the right leading to a tucked-away grass lot.
While there should be ample space, we encourage you to carpool if you can to reduce lot congestion.
Can i take pictures during the wedding?
We ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony part of the wedding.
You may take any photos before the ceremony begins and after it, but in general please be respectful of our photography team while they are working the event.
What food will be at the wedding? What if I have dietary restrictions?
There will be appetizers at the cocktail hour followed by a plated dinner service during the reception.
We will also have desserts and other fun treats for you during the evening.
In terms of dietary restrictions, we will be able to fully accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free guests for the reception’s dinner service. We will work with our catering team to accommodate any other restrictions or allergies to the best of our ability.
Please see dinner options and indicate your dietary needs when you RSVP.
Will alcohol be served?
We will have signature cocktails, beer, seltzers, and wine for you to enjoy at no cost.
Please note that the bar will not be a full service bar, meaning there will be a limited menu without ability to make off-menu drinks.
Complimentary infused waters and sodas will also be available.
What time will the wedding end?
We will have an official goodbye/send-off at 10:30 PM.
The venue will formally start closing at 11 PM for cleanup, so there will be some buffer time for folks to trickle out.
What should i do about gifts? Do you have a registry?
Your presence is truly the greatest gift! We appreciate you being there and taking the time to celebrate with us.
We do not have a formal registry. However, should you wish to still honor us with a gift, you can either contribute to our activity fund here, or we will have a card box at the wedding itself. But as far as gifts go, there is no pressure and we’re just happy to celebrate with you!
Still Have questions?
We encourage you to reach out the the bride and groom’s parents, as they will be a huge help in fielding communications especially as we get nearer to the wedding day itself!
Alternatively, you can text the bride and groom or email us at jenajeremywedding@gmail.com if you have a question about travel, things to do, and more as you’re planning your trip. Just know that it may take us up to a week to respond.
For more immediate response, we recommend our parents or other immediate family members.
